The built-in oacDefault135RouteGridOffset constraint is an oaSimpleConstraint type that specifies the default 135 degree route grid offset for all layers. The offset distance is specified in database units. This constraint applies if the oac135RouteGridOffset is not set. Either the oacDefault135RouteGridPitch or the oac135RouteGridPitch determines the 135 routing grid pitch.
