The built-in oacDefault135RouteGridPitch is an oaSimpleConstraint type that specifies the default left diagonal route grid pitch for all layers. This constraint applies on layers that do not have the oac135RouteGridPitch constraint specified. Either the oacDefault135RouteGridOffset or oac135RouteGridOffset determines the 135 route grid offset.
