The built-in oacDefault45RouteGridOffset constraint is an oaSimpleConstraint type that specifies the default 45 route grid offset for all layers. The offset distance is specified in database units. This constraint applies if the oac45RouteGridOffset is not set for the layer. Either the oacDefault45RouteGridPitch or the oac45RouteGridPitch constraint determines the 45 route grid pitch.
