The built-in oacDefaultHorizontalRouteGridOffset constraint is an oaSimpleConstraint type that specifies the default horizontal route grid offset for all layers. The offset distance is specified in database units. This constraint applies if the oacHorizontalRouteGridOffset is not set. Either the oacDefaultHorizontalRouteGridPitch or the oacHorizontalRouteGridPitch determines the horizontal routing grid pitch.
