The built-in oacDefaultHorizontalRouteGridPitch is an oaSimpleConstraint type that specifies the default horizontal route grid pitch for all layers. This constraint applies on layers that do not have the oacHorizontalRouteGridPitch constraint set. Either the oacDefaultHorizontalRouteGridOffset or oacHorizontalRouteGridOffset determines the route grid offset.
