The built-in oacDefaultVerticalRouteGridPitch is an oaSimpleConstraint type that specifies the default vertical route grid pitch for all layers. This constraint applies on layers that do not have the oacVerticalRouteGridPitch constraint set. Either the oacDefaultVerticalRouteGridOffset or oacVerticalRouteGridOffset determines the route grid offset.
