The built-in simple constraint, oacHorizontalPlacementGridPitch, specifies an explicit placement grid pitch for placing instances. The grid is interpreted relative to the origin of the design. It is possible to specify a horizontal placement grid pitch at the oaBlock and at the oaTech levels.
