illegalHGatePattern (oacIllegalHGatePattern)

Description

If a gate is connected to shapes on the same layer, it is illegal to form an H-shaped pattern in any of the following cases:

The distance between the horizontal rails of poly (B)* is less than the specified distance

The extension of the poly rails (C)* from the connecting gate shape is greater than the given extension.
