maxDiffDensity (oacMaxDiffDensity)

Description

The metal density for adjacent, non-overlapping density checking windows needs to be within a certain percentage range for some processes. The maximum density difference between different windows is represented as a float between 0 and 1.

For example if the metal density in one window is 80% and the maximum density difference for adjacent density windows is 10%, then the adjacent windows can have a metal density in the range of 70%-90%.

Parameters

The following parameters are supported by this constraint:

Name Value Type Units Default Description
windowStepSize
oacWindowStepSizeConstraintParamType
oaInt1DTblValue DBU (Required)

This parameter holds a table for different window and step sizes. The value corresponding to the step size is considered as the window size in database units
