The metal density for adjacent, non-overlapping density checking windows needs to be within a certain percentage range for some processes. The maximum density difference between different windows is represented as a float between 0 and 1.
For example if the metal density in one window is 80% and the maximum density difference for adjacent density windows is 10%, then the adjacent windows can have a metal density in the range of 70%-90%.
Constraint type: | oaLayerConstraint |
Value types: | oaIntFltTblValue |
Database types: | oaDesign, oaTech |
Object types: | oaAppObject |
The following value types are supported by this constraint:
This value specifies the maximum density difference between adjacent windows.
Units: Percent
The following parameters are supported by this constraint:
Name | Value Type | Units | Default | Description |
---|---|---|---|---|
windowStepSize oacWindowStepSizeConstraintParamType |
oaInt1DTblValue | DBU | (Required) |
This parameter holds a table for different window and step sizes. The value corresponding to the step size is considered as the window size in database units |
