The built-in layer constraint definition oacMinDiagonalWidth determines the minimum diagonal width for any geometry on the specified layer, in database units.
Constraint type: | oaLayerConstraint |
Value types: | oaIntValue |
Database types: | oaDesign, oaTech |
Object types: | oaRoute, oaAppObject |
The following value types are supported by this constraint:
oacMinDiagonalWidth constraints have an oaIntValue that represents the minimum diagonal width for a geometry in database units.
Units: DBU
The minimum width rules limit the size of geometries to ensure that they have a pattern large enough to fabricate. Due to processing requirements, the diagonal minimum width often can be larger than the orthogonal minimum width, and requires a unique value.
