The built-in layer constraint oacMinLargeViaArrayCutSpacing specifies the minimum spacing between via cuts in a large cut array, which is independent of the spacing between cuts that are not in a large array. This constraint is associated with a cut layer, and only applies within via arrays that have more than a specified number of cuts (numCuts).
