The built-in simple constraint, oacVerticalPlacementGridPitch, specifies an explicit vertical placement grid pitch for placing instances. The grid is specified by the placement grid offset from the design's origin. It is possible to specify a vertical placement grid pitch at the oaBlock and at the oaTech levels.
