This value is stored in the oaPhysicalLayer::ManufacturingGrid attribute for every LEF layer in OpenAccess. LEF does not support different manufacturing grid values for layers, so when writing LEF, use the value from the first routing layer (the first layer that has the material attribute oacMaterialMetal).
